Our teacher assigned this project to a few classmates and me after being contacted by a start-up called Addital. The start-up needed a logo, deck, and landing page for their 3D printing company. Despite the tight timeline and the additional workload, we successfully completed the assignment. I felt a sense of accomplishment when the client chose one of my design proposals for the logo, which added to the overall success of the project. I do not take credit for the development of the website or deck.
Throughout the process, we had several meetings with our client to ensure our design remained in line with their vision. Drawing from our previous experience with clients, we were able to decipher their preferences and incorporate them into our designs. We opted for a bold brand identity, using vibrant colors and gradients. To maintain a cohesive look, I created simple yet impactful logos that complemented the chosen color palette.
Given the tight deadline, we worked simultaneously on developing the logos, website, and deck. While we didn't have much time for iterations, we presented the client with various options to provide clear guidance. In the end only logo and deck was included which is the cause to website being a bit under developed and only desktop size. Ultimately, the client selected a logo design they were satisfied with, and we prepared it for delivery.
